RETURN POLICY (from Chitoco Collections)

  • Returns accepted for 3 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • 25% restocking fee
  • No final sale items

Returning a Personalized Item

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 day after the product has been received. Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items.


We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.


All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
